The event was part of the week long celebration of the Annual Kinabayo Festival. Models are contenders of the 2007 and 2008 TOP MODEL QUEST. Event was Sponsored by the Dapitan City Tourism and Investment Council. Organization and model management was handled by CAJED EVENTS, the premiere event management company in Dipolog City.
